Just a few from Fil and Ashley's wedding over in Tahoe a few weeks ago. Great couple and super fun family made for a memorable day of shooting! Congrats you two!
Could not believe how much snow was still there-got to be a record year!
Grace has a beautiful gown that she wanted to be photographed in at the old Dieselhorst Bridge. We added some cool clouds to finish off what I think is a really spectacular image. Choose wisely your photographer/artist for your senior pics and don't let just anyone with a camera smarter than they are take your portraits!
We'll be back in the studio on Aug. 2nd to take your calls and book some fun appointments! Stay tuned for our Senior Portrait website coming soon. It's going to be a lot of fun and informative as well so check back for a link in the near future!=)
Good times with Janel and Tanner for their engagement session! Some in the studio, some outdoors and a few fun ones at the Fire Station in Bella Vista to round out the shoot. I loved their "buddy" too! This dog was soooo relaxed and took direction well!
What a great kid! Her mom surprised her with a photo session for her birthday...so cool! Rylie did a great job and we came away with some very fun images!!!
We're headed to Tahoe today for Ashley & Fil's wedding on Saturday. Great couple and should be a lot of fun over there! Can't wait!! Here are some images from their engagement album that my wife Julia designs. These signing albums are a fun way for folks to sign something special for the couple verses the traditional boring guest signing book.
A beautiful traditional portrait session today in the studio. Today is Becky's Quinceañera and she looks so pretty! This was a fun session in that the clients wanted to do some very traditional portraits of her and the dress. In our profession, lighting and posing is such a lost art. Most folks out there today calling themselves "photographers" and shooting only on location don't really have a grasp of what proper lighting and posing can do for their subject. I love that Becky's mom thought enough of our studio and talents to bring her here. Thank you so much!!!
Julia and Dan are both North State natives. Dan spent time in the Bay Area but moved back to Redding in 1990. We love what we do and feel very blessed to make a living doing what we enjoy. Creating what might be once-in-a-lifetime portraits is a huge resposibility and one we take very seriously. Working with our clients to create beautiful art for them to cherish and enjoy for a lifetime is our number one goal. We realize that you are making an investment in the purchase of professional portraits and by having chosen us we are honored and very appreciative for the opportunity to work with the best clientele in town.
